Now a fully Accredited Service Provider, Daribatech, in partnership with RTC, enables UAE businesses to meet their e-invoicing obligations ahead of 1 January 2027 go-live.
Dariba Technologies (“Daribatech”), a UAE-based tax technology company, announced on 4 August 2026 that, following pre-approval status received on 12 June 2026, it received full accreditation from the UAE Ministry of Finance (MoF) to provide e-invoicing services under the Electronic Invoicing System. The accreditation confirms Daribatech as an authorised Accredited Service Provider (ASP) through which businesses can issue, validate, and exchange structured e-invoices across the UAE’s Peppol-based Continuous Transaction Control (CTC) framework.
The mandate requires B2B and B2G invoices to be issued exclusively in structured XML format (PINT-AE) through an ASP. Businesses with annual revenues of AED 50 million or more must appoint an ASP by 30 October 2026, ahead of mandatory Phase 1 go-live on 1 January 2027. Daribatech encourages organisations to begin onboarding now to allow sufficient time for ERP integration, data mapping, sandbox testing, and training ahead of go-live.
“Receiving full accreditation is a major milestone for Daribatech and an important step forward in our partnership with RTC. Together, we provide businesses a proven e-invoicing solution combining global tax technology, local expertise, and the implementation experience needed to deliver successful outcomes at scale. With the October 2026 deadline approaching, businesses should act now – those that start early will be best placed to reduce risk and be future-ready.”

What full accreditation means for UAE businesses
Powered by RTC's global tax technology platform, Daribatech provides the accredited local service provider layer. This is in line with what the UAE mandate requires, specifically:
- Structured XML invoice creation and validation compliant with PINT-AE and UAE VAT law
- Seamless ERP and accounting platform integration
- Secure transmission across the Peppol network, with digital signatures and pre-submission error correction
- Full data residency within the UAE, meeting local data sovereignty requirements
Non-compliance carries penalties of up to AED 5,000 per legal entity each month.
